THE 7TH EDITION OF THE HALIEUTIS FAIR MOROCCO WILL BE HELD FROM FEBRUARY 5 TO 9, 2025, AT THE AGADIR EXHIBITION CENTER UNDER THE THEMATIC: “RESEARCH AND INNOVATION FOR A SUSTAINABLE FISHING SECTOR”

This biannual event for fisheries and aquaculture professionals will be held at the Agadir Exhibition Centre, from February 5 to 9, 2025. The event will cover an area of 20,000 m² and is expected to attract over 50,000 visitors and 450 exhibitors from more than 50 countries. Four of these countries are participating for the first time: South Korea, the United Kingdom, India and the Sultanate of Oman.

This year’s thematic, “Research and innovation for a sustainable fisheries sector”, reflects current global challenges, including climate change, dwindling marine resources and changing consumer habits. This year’s event will showcase innovative solutions for responsible and sustainable fishing, while highlighting the importance of scientific and technological research in the sector, in a context increasingly focused on the sustainability of marine resources.

The show will also feature a conference cycle comprising over 20 educational sessions, presented by leading experts in the seafood sector. Participants will leave with informative, engaging and practical information on the most important important issues in the current seafood business and institutional environment.
